Exchange Policy

  • Exchange applicable within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items bought on sale or promotions are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Exchange is not possible without the original receipt
  • Exchange price of a product will be equal to the price at the time of exchange
  • An online coupon will be provided which will be valid for 1 month if the product (replacement) is not available or you want to use it later (no cash refunds)
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason
  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable in exchange case

Option 1: By Courier (Only available if No Outlet in City)

  • Contact our customer service representative at 0800-55772, so we can arrange a pickup for your product
  • Repack the merchandise making sure that all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt included
  • Hand over the product to the courier agent, sent by the Brand
  • Exchanges via courier only applicable in case of absence of the relevant brands retail shop in the city of order
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Option 2: In Store

  • Contact our customer service representative at 0800-55772, so we can guide you about product availability in the nearby store
  • Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our regular stores within the 20 days from the date of purchase.
  • In store exchanges subject to stock availability in that store.
